Join me for a powerful weekly Sound Bath meditation session alchemizing various healing sounds with Bija mantra (Chakra activating seed mantra), solfeggio frequencies, 432hz Love Frequency, 528hz DNA repair with binaural brain entrainment to wash away your stress, anxiety, your energy blocks to restore balance and harmony. Activate yourself into higher vibrational state! At the beginning of our sessions, I will be guiding you to light breathwork to get you grounded and prepare you for the journey ahead. This sound meditation encompasses nature sounds, various indigenous and shamanic instruments like didgeridoo, rattles, frame drum, Native American flute, rainstick and powerful healing instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls and quartz crystal bowls.
