**Reiki Level I – The Awakening**

In Level 1, you will receive your first Reiki attunement, opening your energy channels and aligning you with the Universal Life Force Energy. You'll be able to perform self-healing and offer Reiki treatments to your friends and family immediately after this training. No prior experience is required.

After this training, you’ll be able to offer healing sessions to others and your clients professionally.

- Techniques for **karmic healing** and clearing past life trauma

- Reiki distance healing techniques
