Join me on this virtual Reiki session from the comfort of your home. I will be gently guiding you to unwind, calm your mind and opening your self up to receive this beautiful healing energy that can help you to heal and restore your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Some of the benefits of Reiki -Promotes deep relaxation -Reduce stress & anxiety -Speed up your natural healing ability -Boost immune system -Helps with grief, emotional wounds and trauma -Balance out your chakras During the transmission, some may experience slight tingling sensations, warmth or heating effect, cooling sensations. Each and every persons reactions can be different and unique. Some may have no sensations at all but may see colors, images or certain feelings and insights can come up. Reiki will continue to work even few days after and will naturally flow where it needs to work. Just be open and allow the healing to take place! ***How to prepare for a virtual reiki healing session*** -Prepare a glass of room tempretured water to drink right after the session. -Find a place where you can either sit or lay comfortably. -Optional to wear a headset. -Optional to burn insents, candles, sage before the transmissions. -Journal to jot down aftre the session what you noticed and what has came up during the transmissions. (So you can reflect back or use it to integrate. ) This is a pre-recorded sessions available weekly from Monday~Thursday from 6PM(CST) & 8PM(CST).
